Revisions And Refunds
Each paid song credit includes one revision. The first delivered song is covered by our 30-day first-song guarantee if we cannot deliver a usable personalized song from the accepted brief.
Included Revision
One revision is included per song credit for name pronunciation, routine details, sensory notes, pacing, lyric clarity, or clear production issues. Revision requests should be made through the private delivery page or by contacting support.
What Revisions Do Not Cover
The included revision does not cover changing the entire routine, requesting a different child or story for an already produced song, imitating a copyrighted work, or rebuilding the song from a new brief. Unused credits may be used for a different child, routine, or occasion.
Money-Back Guarantee
Contact us within 30 calendar days of the first song's delivery if it is not usable based on the accepted brief. We will first use the included revision process to address pronunciation, routine details, sensory notes, pacing, lyric clarity, or clear production issues. If we still cannot deliver a functional personalized first song based on the accepted order details, we will refund the order. Refunds may not apply when the song matches the accepted brief and the included revision has been made available. For multi-song libraries, unused credits can remain available for later songs.
