Delivery Format

Delivery may include an audio file or stream, lyrics, and a private page link. Delivery links are intended for the purchasing family and should not be posted publicly if privacy matters.

Timing

Production starts after payment is confirmed. Timing may vary based on order complexity, provider availability, quality review, and revision needs.

Private Links

Private links use random delivery tokens. Production should use private storage or signed audio URLs before taking real customer volume.
